Starting with the concept for the adidas Runners City Night 2017 adidas and act.³ set 3 focus topics for this year´s race.
Our goal was to set up an unforgettable race experience, integrate the global adidas Runners Community and introduce the Voting for 3 new adidas Playgrounds.
To fulfill these 3 tasks we developed a new and sustainable light concept, created 250 guest packages for all adidas Runners Communities all over the world and set up a new voting mechanism during the race-bib pick up which made 90% of all starters vote for their favorite Playground spot.
We supported adidas with creating a concept how the focus topics could be realized with the optimum result, planning the event as well as the integration of the global adidas Runners Community and the execution of all event, voting and community relating issues.
We managed to integrate 800 community members from 32 different adidas Runners Cities located all over the world into 10000 obsessed urban Runners. Together they started their 5 or 10 km race during berlins finest sunset and finished one of the most exciting night runs at all.
Our optimized Playground Voting mechanism made 90% of all starters vote for their favorite Playground spot.
