We are looking for a Project Manager adidas Runners (f/m/d) that can support the adidas Runners L.A. community in the execution of local & global running events and daily business.
adidas Runners is a global community of Runners operating in 53 Cities around the world that is setting its first steps in USA. We are looking for someone who wants to be the hero behind the scenes. He/she takes care of the organization and execution of very exciting events. Additionally, he/she is responsible for managing the community to ensure a smooth and high-class project realization which meets our client’s standards in a given budget and time frame as well as generating and developing concepts and ideas to further develop the adidas Runners L.A. community.


• Supporting our communities’ daily business
• Managing behind the scenes and taking care of the digital administration of our projects
• Collecting data from different platforms, research and idea generation
• Supporting in concept creation, planning and execution of events
• Drafting and maintaining project plans, budget plans, timelines, internal and external presentation and documentation tools as well as all other associated documents according to agency standards
• Developing of creative ideas, concepts and strategies often in cooperation with the internal running team and the client
• Ensuring that execution is fully aligned with brand strategy and visual/verbal identity
• Planning and managing assigned project budgets within the given targets
• Independently managing of assigned project areas while making sure that project lead is updated at all times
• Building, developing and growing business relationships vital to the success of the projects


• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent qualification
• At least 3-5 years of work experience in Project Management / Community Management / Production / Events
• Independent and proactive work ethic
• Strong coordination skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and social skills
• Innovative approach to challenges and a cooperative working style
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Passionate about sports and lifestyle
• Open minded and always interested in latest trends
• Proficient skills in MS-Office (Excel, PPT & Word)
• Fluent English speaker
• Team player
