The role of the Concept Manager (f/m/d) is to ensure high quality concepts and pro-actively drive the assigned event marketing projects in a conceptual way. Furthermore he/she thinks outside the box to push limits and develop concepts which ensure industry leading event experiences and set standards for the image of our different clients.


  • Creation and preparation of high quality, innovative and inspirational brand marketing concepts and presentations
  • Briefing, Coordination and Guidance of different internal and external stakeholders to ensure high quality project related content
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and the ability to integrate this knowledge into concepts
  • Build, develop and grow business relationships vital to the success of the business
  • Independently lead assigned tasks/ projects/ project parts while making sure that the team lead of concept is updated at all times
  • Ensure that overall business and project targets are met
  • Fulfill objectives of briefings


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of marketing/communication
  • 2-3 years’ work experience in the field of marketing, strategic and conceptual planning or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • IT skills: MS Office – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel: expert, iWork – Keynote, Numbers and Pages: expert
  • Languages: English: excellent; German: very good
  • Open minded and always interested in newest trends
  • Excellentcommunication and presentationskills
