The Creative Concept Strategist (f/m/d) will play a key role in leading global projects and driving high quality concepts and presentations. You love to think outside the box to push limits and ensure the creation of strategic and effective marketing and communication strategies that will increase brand awareness and set standards for the image of our local and global clients.


  • Strategic and conceptual leading of global projects, pitch presentations and concepts
  • Creation and preparation of high quality, innovative and inspirational brand marketing concepts and presentations
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and make appropriate recommendations regarding brand strategies
  • Build, develop and grow business relationships vital to the success of the business
  • Independently lead assigned tasks/ projects/ project parts while making sure that the team lead of concept & digital is updated at all times
  • Ensure that overall business and project targets are met
  • Act unexpected, united, exclusive, passionate and unique



You have a deeply passionate and creative mind to develop innovative concepts strategically. You are empathic and understand your client`s needs. You thrive working with tight deadlines and managing several projects simultaneously. You are on top of the latest trends, have deep insight into sports, lifestyle and sustainability and are a master of driving creative projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of marketing, communication design or graphic design
  • 3+ years’ work experience in the field of marketing, strategic and conceptual planning or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • PowerPoint plus Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) skills
  • Languages: English: native/excellent; German: good
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate about sports, lifestyle and sustainability
  • Open minded and always interested in newest trends
  • Willing to travel/ open to occasional travels
