The role of the Graphic Designer (f/m/d) is to create high quality event material. He/she ensures not only the standard requirements of our partners, but also manifests creative designs for relevant projects which ensure industry leading event experiences and set standards for the image of our clients. He/she is involved in the design of internal/digital/outdoor spaces. His/her job varies in a range of different settings and combines the efficient and functional use of space with a high understanding of aesthetics. Never settles for good enough, always finds new ways to collaborate, and does the unexpected.


  • Develop initial ideas and acquire key information about potential projects, discuss requirements in detail with clients (the brief) and set project schedules
  • Create, conceptualize and manifest high quality, innovative and inspirational ideas into graphic files for physical and digital production
  • Develop mood boards and gather information and photographs relating to projects in order to fulfil holistic stories/concepts
  • Consider materials and costs according to the budget
  • Ensure that execution is fully aligned with brand strategy and visual/verbal identity
  • Execute graphic design according to given CI guidelines and campaigns
  • Expand graphics design services by building an external service support network
  • Supervise work at the design stage and onsite
  • Design related quality management along all projects and use synergies
  • Test and implement new designs and templates
  • Ensure an efficient process and communication flow between design, marketing and development
  • Work in close collaboration with our production and manufacturing team or other suppliers and design professionals to determine the best use of space
  • Act unexpected, united, exclusive, passionate and unique


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in graphic, spatial or event design or equivalent combination of education and experience (Interior Architecture)
  • Outstanding Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
  • Content Management Systems and copywriting experience (i.e. blogs, posts, etc.) are beneficial
  • Strong interest of new design trends and technologies
  • Making smart decisions and being ahead of the pack is how you think and act
  • Detail-oriented with ability to synthesize small details into overall pictures
  • Innovative approach to challenges and cooperative management style
  • A very meticulous and organized nature, with the ability to reach targets efficiently and effectively
  • Hands-on is your first, optimization your middle and automation your last name, in addition you are very ambitious
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and social skills
  • IT skills: MS Office – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel: good; iWork – Keynote, Numbers and Pages: beneficial
  • Language: English: excellent; German: excellent
