PURPOSE:

Our Intern for aCC activations & Events Services supports our managers in the field of event organization and execution of internal events at World of Sports/or other locations. The team ensures an efficient and successful planning, development, implementation, execution and documentation of projects according to deadlines and within the given budget. A key task of an Event Management intern is to support our team on the whole process to develop a successful business within our partnership with adidas.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support our event Managers during their daily tasks
  • Be the contact person for our suppliers
  • Check inventory and stocks and samples management
  • Coordination of event staff onsite
  • Create presentations
  • Be involved in major events and organize individual projects on your own
  • Support the adidas teams during Key Account Meetings at headquarters
  • Be Up-to-date with the latest trends and the ability to integrate this knowledge into concepts and projects
  • Create concepts by your own
  • Act unexpected, united, exclusive, passionate and unique

 

PROFILE:

  • Open minded and always interested in newest trends
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Cross functional projects. Be able to communicate effectively with different departments and customers
  • Very good MS Office skills – Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Languages: English: excellent; German: very good
  • Team player and collaborative
  • Able to multitask and perform under stressfull situations
  • Attention to detail and be customer focused
