PURPOSE:

The role of the Project Management Office (PMO) is to support that all tasks belonging into PMO are successfully conducted. She/he ensures an efficient and successful planning, analyzing, handling and interpretation of data; the implementation of a project controlling culture and helps to find ways of a more efficient working style within the business side of the company. Furthermore, she/he provides a best in class communication style with the procurement teams of all existing or future clients. She/He will also support in implementing global solutions on the international scale on demand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparing reports for CEO, MD of relevant data
  • Implementation of global standards within the company
  • Providing strong solutions for challenges in project controlling
  • Project management and support of projects with controlling focus if required
  • Administrational support in pitch / tender processes
  • Analyzing of processes, data and future opportunities in budgeting
  • Process development for controlling processes within the company
  • Independently lead assigned projects while making sure that project lead/BU Director & team is updated at all times
  • Creation / Implementation / Management of tools that support the tasks mentioned above
  • Guide / enable own employees to perform within project calculation and budgeting
  • Seamlessly cooperate with corporate finance department
  • Know and act according to existing own an clients‘ standards
  • Act unexpected, united, exclusive, passionate and unique

PROFILE:

  • University degree in the field of Business Administration or Event Management
  • Minimum of 3 years project & controlling related experience
  • Great understanding skills of data
  • Self-driven and pro-active way of working
  • Proven ability to plan, organize and execute projects
  • Strong abilities in organization, time and budget management
  • IT skills: proficient user in MS Office (specifically in Excel)
  • Language: English: excellent; German: excellent
  • Detail-oriented with ability to synthesize small details into overall pictures
  • Good presentation, negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong networking skills
  • Passion for sports & travel
  • Team player
