Football opens possibilities. adidas Football Collective is championing grassroots football, so tomorrow’s stars can thrive. We want to remove barriers and create opportunities with the adidas Football collective to ensure a more inclusive game for all. We are on the ground and active in key German cities to make this happen. We connect with and integrate selected partners or agents of change into the adidas football ecosystem on a local level. We develop and drive social impact initiatives, activations, and projects with these local partners to create an inclusive playing field for expression and enable communities to thrive. By providing access to education, support, and training, our co-created initiatives deconstruct the challenges of grassroots football with a community-led approach.

SCORING GIRLS – Girls should be given equal opportunities, especially in sports! We felt compelled to contribute to the SCORING GIRLS project. We gave SCORING GIRLS a new home at adidas SPORTS BASE Berlin in collaboration with adidas Football Collective. We will continue to provide assistance through ongoing activations and empowerment initiatives. The platform encourages and provides a safe space for young women to grow, regardless of their nationality, socioeconomic background, or religion. SCORING GIRLS supports everyone’s journey by combining education, movement, and a sense of belonging.

FC INTERNATIONALE – “No Racism” was the message on the limited-edition jersey we co-created with the adidas Football Collective to empower the FC Internationale club values. The “No Racism“ message and design that adorns the jerseys, rather than a sponsor, was reinterpreted. We are proud to have brought this powerful project to life. We managed the initiative from communication to execution. We stand by this strong message and remain committed to increasing inclusivity and tolerance in sport and society. The proceeds from the sale of the sustainably-produced jersey were donated to the INTER-KULTUR-CUP, a football tournament for young people and adults of various ethnicities and cultural backgrounds. These initiatives show that providing a space for people to play football together has the potential to change people’s lives.
